RL Technology grew from the meeting of professional engineering experience and music played for real.
Roberto Lavorgna has worked in electronics for more than twenty-five years. His experience spans analogue and digital electronics, hardware design, microcontrollers, firmware, software, testing and industrial automation. His career has taken him through different companies, technologies and countries, shaping a practical approach: understanding the whole system and turning an idea into something that truly works.
Today he is Commercial Director at Mavel S.r.l., an Italian company developing high-performance electric propulsion systems.

Music before the brand
From theory
to the stage.
His relationship with music began at the age of ten, studying music theory and learning to play the trumpet before joining the Borgofranco d’Ivrea town band.
He later discovered the guitar and taught himself the instrument, eventually performing with numerous bands from the Canavese area.
